Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery may take 10-14 business days as we use specialized carriers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping for Presa Pan products?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy if an item doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
